Time to reveal next month’s The Holo Hookup box! This indie collaboration includes Cupcake Polish, Different Dimension, and Glisten & Glow as constant contributors with a new guest maker and theme each month. The theme for May 2016 is ‘From The Holo Hookup, With Love…’ and features guest maker Painted Polish! For this month’s box, each maker chose an international destination to create a polish for. Take a look at their inspiration pics below!

Now that we’ve seen their inspiration, let’s take a look at their creations!

All swatches were taken indoors under a combination of Cree daylight and LED bulbs using a Samsung NX300 camera.

Cupcake Polish – “From Cancun, With Love”

From Cancun, With Love is an aqua colored super linear holo with subtle iridescent flakies. Shown here is two coats plus top coat. This polish is absolutely fantastic! Not only is the formula perfect, so is the aqua hue and added iridescent flakes!

Different Dimension – “From Cairo, With Love”

From Cairo, With Love is a nude linear holo with added glitters, flakies, and beautiful purple-gold shifty shimmer. Shown here is two coats plus top coat. This baby is a STUNNER! The added elements are individually gorgeous so together they will blow your mind! They sure blew mine! 😀

Glisten & Glow – “From Tokyo, With Love”

From Tokyo, With Love is a reddened coral linear holo with added pink shimmers and holo microglitters. Shown here is two coats plus top coat. This polish is so vibrant – I LOVE IT! I’ve got a thing for neon and obviously I’ve got a thing for holo so when the two are combined, it’s pure magic!

Painted Polish – “From London, With Love”

Last up is From London, With Love – a blue gray linear holo with added holographic silver galaxy glitter. Shown here is two coats plus top coat. This polish is so creamy and so easy to apply! The gray leaning blue hue and added glitters are so pretty!

Overall Thoughts

Another great Holo Hookup box! ❤ Each shade has a fantastic formula and is wearable all year round! If you’ve never purchased this box before, now’s a great time!
